GREG SHAVALIER
Greg Shavalier’s path into construction began in Las Vegas, where he developed an early interest in architecture, engineering, and the way well-built spaces come together. That interest led him to earn a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering, followed by a Master’s degree in Building Construction from the University of Florida.
After completing his studies, Greg moved to Naples, Florida, drawn by the area’s character and his wife Alissa’s fond memories of childhood vacations there. He built his career through a wide range of construction projects, including high-rise condominiums, luxury homes, hospitality spaces, educational facilities, and more. His experience spans field supervision, project management, planning, coordination, and client communication.
As owner of Blue Horizon Construction, Greg brings a steady, detail-focused approach to every project. He values clear communication, strong collaboration, and workmanship that reflects the high standards of the clients we serve. His background gives him a deep understanding of how to guide complex projects from early planning through final completion.
Outside of work, Greg is a devoted family man who enjoys spending time outdoors. His commitment to quality, integrity, and thoughtful execution continues to shape the way Blue Horizon Construction serves clients throughout Southwest Florida.
