Blue Horizon Construction is advancing work on its spec home at 1199 12th St. N., which has reached approximately 30% completion.
Designed by MHK Architecture with interiors by W Design and landscaping by Verdant Studios, the two-story, 4,144-square-foot residence will feature sophisticated style and modern amenities.

Located in a prime Naples neighborhood, the home combines contemporary elegance with coastal influences. The floor plan includes five bedrooms, four full baths, two half-baths and a loft, providing space for families and entertaining.
The design incorporates expansive living areas, floor-to-ceiling windows and cohesive indoor-outdoor transitions. The chef’s kitchen will include high-end appliances, custom cabinetry and a spacious island. The primary suite will offer a private retreat with a spa-inspired bathroom and walk-in closet.
Outside, plans call for a resort-style pool, covered lanai and outdoor kitchen.
Construction is progressing steadily, with major structural and mechanical components now in place. Crews are configuring interior walls and ceilings, installing windows and exterior doors, and advancing HVAC rough-in work.
Pool construction is moving forward simultaneously with plumbing, backfill and deck footer installation underway. Four compaction tests will be conducted to ensure durability and structural integrity of the outdoor living space.
As construction progresses beyond the 50% completion mark, activity will shift to custom millwork, high-end finishes and smart home technology integration.
The spec home, anticipated to be listed at $5.75 million, is scheduled for completion in November.
